SHOPPING CART INSTRUCTIONS
When you shop at the NTM Online Store, you will be using
the shopping cart throughout the purchasing process. The shopping cart is easy
to use. Just follow these simple steps:
NTM Member Login:
If you are a returning NTM customer, select "Sign
In" and enter your Username and Password.
Select "Bookstore Home" to begin shopping.
If you are a new Customer, select "Click Here"
next to "New Customer?" A screen will open allowing you to enter your
account information.
Missionary Membership Sign Up:
To
secure your NTM member pricing, enter your NTM six-digit missionary account
number in the Promotion Code field on your shopping cart. Select "Update Cart" to activate
your pricing. You may also enter your
NTM six-digit missionary account number in the "Promotion Code" upon
final checkout. Select
"Update" to activate your pricing.
Account Services:
To modify your account settings, click "Account"
at the top of the page. This page will display links to the "Member
Profile" and "Order History" areas.
* To modify your
name, address, telephone, email or change your password click "Member
Profile".
* To view prior
orders, click "Order History".
To Begin Shopping:
Below the heading image you will see various product categories.
Click on one of these to begin shopping.
Alternatively, on the left side of the screen you will see
the various product categories (Select a Category). Clicking on one of these
will open the main category and product summary page for this category. You
will also see to the left subcategories for the category (if applicable).
To Add A Product To Your Shopping Cart:
To purchase a product, you must first add it to your
shopping cart. Simply click "Add to Cart" and the product will be
placed in your shopping cart. If you are not sure whether you wish to purchase
a product, you may click on the product name for a more detailed description of
the product. From there, you may click on "Add to Cart" or you may
continue browsing the online store.
Once You Have Added A Product To Your Shopping Cart:
When you click on "Add to Cart", your shopping
cart will be displayed on the screen to the left and below the product
categories. You will see the products you have chosen to purchase, along with
their prices and quantities.
Once you have viewed your shopping cart, you have three
options: you can continue shopping, update the products in your shopping cart,
or proceed to the secure checkout.
To Continue Shopping:
If you would like to purchase additional products, click
on "Continue Shopping". This will take you back to the online store,
where you can select a category and choose additional products.
To Modify Your Shopping Cart:
You can modify the contents of your cart at any time by
clicking the "Cart" link at the top of each screen.
You can change the quantity of each product you wish to
purchase or remove a product from your shopping cart at any time while you are
viewing the shopping cart.
* To change the
purchase quantity: In the box where the quantity number is displayed,
simply type
in the quantity you wish to purchase. The default quantity is one.
* To remove a
product from your shopping cart: Check the box marked "Remove" for
the product you wish to remove from your shopping cart.
When you are finished modifying your shopping cart, click
on "Update Shopping Cart". Your shopping cart will be updated, and
the new shopping cart contents will be displayed. You may make further changes
to your cart at this time by following the instructions above. Once you are
satisfied with the products and quantities in your shopping cart, you may
continue shopping or proceed to final checkout.
To Proceed To Final Checkout:
Once you have selected all of the products you wish to purchase,
and determined the quantities of each, you can click on "Checkout" to
complete your purchase.
