Return Policy
You may return your items for a full refund within 30 days of receipt of your shipment.  (Shipping and Handling will not be refunded.)  We cannot accept items returned after 60 days.  Call toll free (800) 321-5375 if you have any questions or concerns regarding a return.

Exchanges of Damaged or Defective Items
We can exchange items only if they are defective or damaged.

Refunds
You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase, within 7 to 14 business days of our receiving your return.

Packing and Sending Your Return
Just a few simple steps:

1.  Pack the items along with a packing slip (receipt) securely in a box. You can use the box the items arrived in or another box, if you prefer.
2. Contact us at 1-800-321-5375 to receive your Return Authorization Number.
3. Affix a shipping label to the outside of the box.
4. Ship to the address below

Lost Your Packing Slip?
Enclose a separate sheet of paper noting the name and e-mail address of the person who purchased the item, along with the reason for your return, and send the package to the address below:
