Delivery and Shipping

NTMbooks.com offers domestic and worldwide shipping and a variety of delivery options during the checkout process. The services available and the shipping cost depend on:

    * Where you are shipping your order
    * What your order contains (Books, DVDs, Posters, etc.)

The shipping charge we quote and collect online is the actual shipping cost quoted by our shipping carriers.
    
Each item we sell has an "Availability" time displayed next to it (for example, "Usually ships in 2 to 3 days"). This time tells you when the item will be ready to leave NTM's warehouse. The total time it will take to receive your item is determined by adding the "Availability" time to the number of days your shipping method will take.

Note on Shipping Times

When deciding which shipping method will deliver your order most promptly at the least cost, please consult the UPS Ground Transit Map. Sometimes UPS Ground can deliver your package as quickly as 1 or 2 day at much less cost. This is particularly true if you live in Florida and the southeast United States.

Sales Tax

In accordance with applicable law, NTMbooks.com collects sales tax for orders delivered to Arizona, Michigan, Mississippi, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin. Sales tax is based on the shipment's destination state and local sales tax rates.

Special Situations

Weather, natural disasters, and other events beyond our control may affect shipping and delivery times. If conditions are serious and expected to last longer than a brief period of time, special instructions may be added to the website.
